The staff was very friendly but unfortunately we’ve been transferred to another hotel due to overbooking. But Hyatt Place took excellent care of us, we had no problem with our stay! Thank you Hyatt

The location was in the heart of everything!! Loved being able to walk to Mickey Mantles Steakhouse and Toby Keith's bar & grill with my 84 year old Mother. This hotel located in downtown Oklahoma City, a 5-minute walk from Bricktown Canal. It has an outdoor pool, and offers spacious suites with free Wi-Fi and fully-equipped kitchens. The staff were exceptionally helpful and would always show interest in helping out. was very impressed.
