This New York City hotel is located in the city’s Tribeca neighborhood. It features an underground pool and fitness center, as well as an on-site restaurant and spa. the deco was amazing! and they had details like filling up every day a basket with snacks for free which we found to be a very nice treat ☺️

I had a very late check-in, unfortunately the girl who was the only one working had zero patience, I wasn't greeted and was treated poorly - however when I made the complaint the next morning, the manager David was incredibly kind, understanding and had provided me with better circumstances, I left extremely happy! Everything is clean and modern, amazing staff, great location, I would definitely stay here again!

Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown is located in the heart of Downtown Manhattan in TriBeCa, less than 700 meters from the iconic Brooklyn Bridge and scenic waterfront Seaport District. My stay was pleasant and staff was courteous. On request, they have extended the check out time as well and definately will recommend others as well.

The hotel staff acted quickly and with enough anticipation in order to warn me of problem with my corporate card. It gave me time to address it with my travel agency before check-in.

Surrounded by art galleries and shops in the lively Tribeca neighbourhood of lower Manhattan, this hotel offers TV and free Wi-fi Rooms at Sonder l Duane Street are furnished with hardwood floors, and... Perfect location for a city trip to NYC, the staff was very helpful especially when our air-conditioning was broken they even tried late at night to fix it.
