This 3-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk.... Location. The big comfy bed and big shower were great! The coffee/tea machine in the room. The fancy Japanese style toilet was funny but maybe unnecessary. The room was quiet, which was nice. Beautiful furniture. The lobby is gorgeous! Customer service was amazing! Thank you!

In a prime location in the NoMad district of New York, Best Western Premier Empire State Hotel is located 400 metres from Empire State Building, 800 metres from Macy's and 700 metres from Flatiron... Overall we had a great time staying here for our 4-day trip in New York. The location of the hotel is very strategic, it's very near to subway stations and many attractions are just within walking distance. The front desk service was superb, everyone was very friendly and eager to help. We would like to specially thank our front desk Khaoula for allowing us to check in early. We were very tired when we reached the hotel in the morning after a long flight from San Francisco and her kind gesture had left us a good first impression of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we visit New York.

Offering free 1GB WiFi, Park Terrace Hotel offers accommodations in Midtown Manhattan, steps from Bryant Park and the New York Public Library. Park Terrace Hotel is a gem right on the corner of Bryant park, which exceeds all expectations of a four-star hotel. I feel lucky to have stayed with them and plan on returning in the near future. They are my go-to when travelling to NYC! Harray at the front desk is an absolute legend! And so are Levi and Beverly! :)

Arlo NoMad is 644 metres from Madison Square Park, 322 metres from the Empire State Building and 805 metres from Herald Square. When we checked out, I left my wallet in the safe. Due to my poor memory, I don't remember the incident at all and thought the wallet was stolen. Two or three days later, the hotel staff found our wallet and contacted us immediately, and when we returned to New York, the wallet was successfully retrieved.
