We had a great counter person coming in and leaving. Our room had been upgraded because of flooding on the bottom floor. Loved our room and loved your staff! Will definitely stay again!

The shuttle bus to the downtown area was exceptionally reasonable at $10 per person including return.

The location is perfectly secluded but also literally right next to the Opry Mills Mall which makes for a fun family outing! The staff was so friendly and patient with the kids and the concierge was a nice surprise! The apartment was so spacious and nicely set up!
