Located in Los Angeles, 4.7 km from Petersen Automotive Museum, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills provides accommodation with free bikes, private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Location was perfect! The front desk and concierge (David) were friendly and very helpful. My family and I will definitely return to this beautiful hotel.

During these post-covid times, I've noticed a drop-off in customer service at even the best hotels/restaurants/airlines/etc. That was not the case here. This was as 5 star as it has ever been - thank you! (Special shout-out to Joe, and all the pool staff!).

This was one of the only Hotels I've visited in my entire lifetime the world where even before I wished for anything it was delivered with a smile & love. This pet-friendly Los Angeles hotel is 5 minutes' walk to the Beverly Center shopping area. The boutique hotel offers an outdoor saltwater pool, a Pool Lounge, Lobby Lounge, and Mezzanine Sushi. Good location for exploring, felt safe, room was a good size, the whole place smelt amazing, delicious smelling Diptyque products in bathroom, the decor was beautiful and quirky, beds were comfy, the whole hotel was very quiet, the pool and pool area was welcoming and refreshing, enjoyed the complimentary towels, water and sweets in this area was a nice touch. Only valet parking but was prompt and car was waiting for us at times requested. Staff were lovely. All in all excellent value for money in this area.

This elegant Beverly Hills hotel features an outdoor pool with a movie screen and on-site dining. Located a 10-minute drive from Los Angeles Country Club, its rooms offer a flat-screen TV. The hospitality and the renovated rooms were outstanding .Room service menu and options were excellent .Overall , this appears to be more of a 5 star in terms of service .I will be back .
