Unbelievable impeccable cleanliness! These guys have to teach all other American low budget hotels that clean doesn't come necessarily with expensive! Very nice subtle and peaceful place which really calms you! Necessary step to get this place so clean was to get rid of all the must-have carpets that most American hotels boast, but have hard time cleaning them and rarely achieve it 100%.. Anyway one more time..these guys are cleanliness geniuses!

Holiday Inn & Suites Houston NW - Willowbrook, an IHG Hotel has a fitness centre, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Houston. Rooms are not very neat…. You better check below the beds (full of trash) and some rooms has cigarette smell. Hotel REFUSES to give you an invoice of your stay.
