Many places in the USA do not provide English Breakfast Tea and cold milk and real sugar. These are essential daily items for English people. Tea can be ruined with half and half and creamer, so well done! The actual selection at breakfast was good and served all tastes. The reception staff were very cheerful and helpful. In particular Merry took custody of something I had a friend drop off and looked after it until I arrived.

This showed us that it wasn't only Jordan giving the great service but the management of staff to deliver such high standards is on point.
