I wasn't happy with the room I was originally allocated, but the receptionist listened to my concerns and moved me to what turned out to be a perfect room that totally exceeded my expectations. I had a corner room, so double aspect windows and a view of the L line and beyond that the Chicago skyline. Yes I could hear the trains, but I loved that (they weren't super loud so didn't disturb my sleep) There was a reasonable selection of vegetarian options available at the breakfast buffet, which set me up for the day. The L station was only a 10 minute walk away, and only a 10-15 minute journey into the centre of Chicago. Lots of places to eat out, including a fabulous vegetarian restaurant "The Veggie House".

This cozy hotel is located in the middle of Chicago’s Chinatown, just 6 blocks from McCormick Place. It offers comfortable guestrooms, free WiFi access and a 24-hour front desk. All arrangements, and specially behavior of reservation staffs. They all are well trained, friendly, helpful and have a lot of experience of customer service. I really enjoy a lot in staying with Chinatown Hotel.
