Location is excellent, very close to J station (Kosciuszko), a lot of shops nearby. Not too many restaurants, just a lot of pizzerias, but it was ok. 15-30 minutes to jazz clubs, very close to an excellent record store. Neighborhood is safe, you can feel the flavor of daily living in Brooklyn. The apartment is really nice with all the necessary amenities in the bathroom and the kitchen. We slept in the bedroom, while our teenage kids occupied the living room. WiFi is ok, although we used paid eSims during our stay in NYC. We used the opportunity to store our luggage on the last day in the closet outside. Thank you!

The house is true to the photos, well equipped and spacious. Had everything we need for our stay and the heating was good. The backyard and the communication with the owner was great.
