The hotel is nicely located next to 6th street within a walking distance to the city centre. We enjoyed the stay very much and felt welcome.

Wish I would have an extra day or two. It was a bit confusing when the pool was actually open but that was my only feedback.

Ideally set in the centre of Austin, Canopy By Hilton Austin Downtown features air-conditioned rooms, free bikes, free WiFi and an outdoor swimming pool. Great hotel, we had a room at the back of the hotel which looked out over a car park. Not a nice view but it did mean it was quiet as it was away from the busy street. Really nice room with comfy bed. Loved the pool area. Great location for exploring Austin.
