I particularly enjoyed the friendly staff, who became like a family to me. This was my second stay at Sotni, and both stays were exceptional. The hotel is modern, clean and very comfortable, in a quiet, mostly residential area not far from the Metro and a local shopping area that includes small merchant shops as well as large supermarkets and a shopping mall. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers.

Set in Kyiv, 8.9 km from Kiev Train Station, Zhayvir offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The property is located 9.1 km from St. A very nice room. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. What is a huge plus is that the room was really warm (I have been to many rooms where it was impossible to move around the room without clothes because it was too cold). Here I could take a shower and take my clothes in no rush, because the temperature in the room was really great. I consider the possibility of regulating the temperature in the room to be a great advantage. Wi-Fi fast, working smoothly. Close to the metro and grocery stores. The hotel staff was very nice. I was here in 2020, now I was in 2021 and will be arriving in 2022. It didn't feel like a hotel room, but like a room in my own apartment. I would highly recommend !

I absolutely loved the hospitality of the staff!! Specially Mr Oleg, thank you so much! And the location is very convenient, it took me 15 min from center to the hotel. Will be back for sure.

Set in a green surrounding on the lakeside, 2 minutes’ drive from Zhitomirska Metro Station, this hotel features free Wi-Fi and a restaurant with a terrace. Guests are offered rooms with a fridge. Great location. super tranquil if you want sanatorium style of stay. Literally based near the lake and ex forest. If you need to meditate and listen some birds singing when the moning comes, listen. If you need to to your wakeboard lessons - do, have a picking time or beer party and have some fun - it right here (the beach full of lovely people from Kiev), or to do some reading by the lake - the opion is avaliable except weekends. Weekends are Noisy.When you need to go to the city huge road by the hotel, so easy: use a taxi or 4 bus station to reach underground Zhitomirstaya station🚉 . As for restorant or supermarkets it is right here. 'Verhovina' restaurant was closed during my stay, but it looks big and menu looking good. General information - super friendly stuff and it is quite cosy, because it is a private hotel.

Featuring a karaoke bar and a restaurant with Polish cuisine, this hotel is located on the Brest-Litovske Motorway, 30 minutes’ drive from Kiev Train Station. Rooms come with air conditioning. The Hotel is really nice, and has a old historic feel to it. Staff were helpful and welcoming. I liked this hotel and do recommend it.
