The staff is very polite and pleasant. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful part of old city. Breakfast is super delicious. Shower and bed are a delight. Everything is very clean. Design is beautiful, smart and convenient. One of my favourite parts was to sit early morning on the balcony and listen to Kyiv slowly waking up.

I felt safe and warm in the hotel. during the bomb alarms 🚨 I would go to the gym (located in the basement), they have a nice gym. the hotel is well located close to a lot of coffee shops, supermarkets and 30-45 min walk from the centre, or just 3 stops by metro (close by). since I need to return to Kiev, will stay there again. the hotel was recently renovated so it is modern and fresh
