CityInn Hotel Plus- Fuxing North Road Branch offers accommodations in Taipei. It features modern-style rooms and free WiFi access throughout the entire building. If I could give this hotel an 11 that is what I would do! The check-in experience was amazing. Maruko was quite simply the most impressive hotel clerk I have ever met. She provided us with very helpful advice for our trip, and did everything in such a cheerful and effective way that one could not help but to be impressed. She even left us with a lovely, hand-written card at the end (complete with very cute pictures which she drew). I may frame this card :) After staying previously at a hotel in Taipei which did not meet our expectations, it was such a joy to stay at the CityInn. Everything was done just in the right way. It was clean, restful and smart. They kept our luggage for us as we travelled around which made a huge difference. Obvously I would stay here again - indeed I don't think there is anywhere else I would even think about staying in Taipei.

Just 5 minutes' walk from Songjang Nanjing MRT Station, Evergreen Laurel Hotel features rooms with free Wi-Fi and flat-screen cable TV. This is a great hotel located about 4-5 mins walk from the MRT. The staff is very nice and efficient. A special thanks to Mr. Huang at the reception who helped us with a reservation at one of the Michelin-starred restaurants. The room was an upgrade and was quite large, comfortable and clean. With access to MRT and bus line, you can easily plan your route in and around Taipei. Upon entry in the lobby, there is a lounge area where you can sit and meet friends to relax from a long day before retiring to your room. Of interest, there are two bakeries nearby that can offer necessities for a quick breakfast coupled with a latte from 7-11 (inexpensive and quite good). We also had the hotel's breakfast buffet one day and it is very good as well as complete for Asian/Western styles. Laundry is possible with coin operated machines on two floors. All in all, a superb stay of 5 days and we certainly would return.

Parkview Taipei features a fitness center, garden, a restaurant and bar in Taipei. The staff were super responsive and kind, I had to reschedule on short notice and they were highly accommodating. The location is next to a bus stop but ~2 blocks away from the train station, so expect a walk if you're getting there by train. Fun anecdote: I walked in with a mild sun burn and the staff promptly provided some skin lotion that was really effective!

Offering free WiFi, Jolley Hotel is located 5-minute-drive away from Ningxia Night Market. The hotel has easy access to Zhongshan Elementary School MRT Station. Night market and lot of restaurants nearby. Large room size made you feel like home. Metro within 5 mins. walk. Staff are helpful and nice. Breakfast is good.

Located in Taipei, a 5-minute walk from Xingtian Temple, Hub Hotel - Songshan Airport Branch has air-conditioned rooms and a fitness center. We mainly like the staff, they are very nice and accomodating. Keep it up guys!
