Yousuf and the girl at the reception and other receptionists were too good and cooperative. The room was too clean. The staff was too much cooperative. The food was good especially the breakfast and a waitress in the restaurant was having a great gestures, communication and serving.

DoubleTree by Hilton İstanbul Ümraniye este situat în cartierul de afaceri din partea asiatică a orașului Istanbul, chiar lângă centrul comercial Canpark. The room was very spacious and the staff was very helpful and kind. I was amazed by the efforts the staff put in ensuring everything was tiptop clean. The location is great, there is a subway station within 3 minutes walk that brings you to the city center, there is a shopping mall and lots of other attractions next tot he hotel.

The staff here were all extremely friendly and always tried their best to accomodate my needs. I felt very comfortable and safe here as a solo traveller. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable too. They organised airport transfers for me too which was great.

There are many restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. The staff of the facility is very helpful. They are ready to assist you in any matter. The room we stayed in was a large and spacious room. The whole room was immaculately clean. We especially liked the bathroom and the bed. Hotel prices are very affordable. the additional charges were absolutely balanced.
