The recpetion staff was impeccable. Zuhal, Mahsum and Arda were incredibly kind at breakfast. We had such a nice start every morning thanks to their pleasant service & the cookies on the house in the lobby were also an incredible plus. Loved the device at this location 👌 will definitely return

Situé à Istanbul, le RUZ Hotels propose une salle de sport, un salon commun, une terrasse et un restaurant. Très jolie chambre et de bonne taille avec grande salle de bain et une douche parfaite ce qui est assez rare! Petit déjeuner servi en haut sur une terrasse extérieure où se trouve également un bar et un restaurant ! Ou l’on vous conseille d’aller manger absolument car les goûts des plats sont incroyables !! Même si on aime manger dehors, il est super sympa de se retrouver à dîner au calme dans son hôtel et de surcroît avec une vue splendide sur la mosquée bleue et Ste Sophie. Pour vous déplacer lTunnel est à 2 pas de l’hôtel, Mais vous pourrez décider de descendre également à pied en 10 minutes, pour arriver jusqu’au tram qui lui vous déposera à Sultanameth en 5mn environ. Cet hôtel est magnifiquement bien placé puisqu’il est également au pied des restaurants des bars et de toutes les plus belles boutiques que vous pourrez trouver en centre ville... Le soir tout est illuminé et blindé de monde c’est impressionnant... Nous avons adoré Istanbul c’était une 1ère et quel chance d’être si bien tombés. Une wifi au top et une équipe toujours au taquet pour vous rendre service... Merci vraiment !

A big thank you Mehmet. Rooms are very spacious, everything is brand new inside. Water pressure a big plus for those enjoying long showers:-] overall, outstanding quality and value for money choice.

Situé dans le centre d'Istanbul, l'Union Hotel Port se trouve à 800 mètres de la station de métro Taksim et à 700 mètres de la place Taksim. Everything was the best . I experienced a warm and friendly welcoming at the first sight , they said: welcome to your new home and it was really like home till the rest of our stay. That was the reason that we add nights for 2 another weeks. Apart from good stay experience, the location of the hotel was perfect 🤩 you can easily access to train ,ferries and bus station. If you dont like to stay in hotels with a crowded nights life in taksim sq ,union hotel will be best for you ; it has a calm location and just 10 minutes walk to taksim sq or get in funicular which is a better way to go there. Every person who works there try to help and do they best for guest to solve the problems and good staying. they were lovely and really nice 😍. I wont forget their help during that stressful momments i had for my exam . Thank you jalal bey, atik bey , sam bey , maryam hanim , ardalan bey , mohammad bey and the owner of the hotel and his lovely wife. I’m really appreciate all of you .

The place was in a very convenient neighborhood to commute to all the sights and eat good food! It’s literally around the corner of the Galata tower! The room was extremely clean and beautifully equipped! All the staff was incredibly nice and helpful! Especially the owner took the time to talk to us or help us out. She was very warm and authentically welcoming! We received a WiFi device for free to carry around for the whole trip. This way we didn’t have to buy SIM card, which was very thoughtful! The breakfast was very big and delicious. One night we were hanging out at the bar talking to the bar tender and he was really excited to show us the roof top for the incredible view. We loved staying at the Walton Galata and felt very comfortable. Thank you to all the staff. We are looking forward to coming back!
