The hotel was clean, and cozy, with an amazing breakfast on the top roof in front of a spectacular sea view and next to the Galata tower. The location of the hotel is A++ next to Istiklal street and Galata tower. It's also close to transportation (next to a metro, tunnel, tramway, etc). The staff members were very kind, friendly, helpful, and willing to assist in every way especially Senol, Fatih, Sedef, Onur, Akin and many others (who work in the restaurant at breakfast time who we don't know their names, unfortunately). They have arranged for us an airport transfer that was very good and on time. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we come back to Istanbul in the future.

This is the best location in Istanbul. Everything is within walking distance, but the room is calm and quiet. The room is fantastic; I even had a balcony with friendly cats — an Istanbul special (but it's up to you whether to interact with them or not). The bed is excellent, and the bathroom is clean and spacious.

Boasting a bar and a terrace, DeCamondo Galata, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel is set in Istanbul, 0.2 km from Galata Tower and 1.6 km from Spice Bazaar. location, room layout and furniture, and amazing staff

We booked this hotel based on the huge amount of positive reviews but I will admit we were a bit skeptical about believing them. I am so pleased to say this hotel lived up to the hype - an excellent location, a spotless room that was thoroughly cleaned every day and the friendliest and most helpful staff who were available all day every day. Special mention also to the highlight of our trip - Mr Osman, the hotel’s feline Head of Security. We would not hesitate to stay here again next time we visit Istanbul.

מלון מומנטו גולדן הורן (Hotel Momento Golden Horn) ממוקם באיסטנבול (Istanbul), במרחק של 1.3 ק"מ ממגדל גלאטה (Galata Tower) ומבאזאר התבלינים (Spice Bazaar), ומציע גינה, גישה חופשית לאינטרנט אלחוטי... Our stay is so nice. Location is perfect. It is near to Galata tower, tram and bus station. Easy access to most touristic places in Istanbul. Room we had is perfect and big enough for two. Our view is facing the Bosphorus River however it was kind off because there's a building obstructing the view, nevertheless its fine. Service is awesome. From those who serve/assist during breakfast to room service and especially those in Reception. Shout out to Mr Sedar Turan for helping us arranging our transportation going to airport, he really did a nice job.
