My birthday coincided with my stay at the hotel and they gave me a compliment from the hotel and gave me a pleasant surprise with fruits and wine. And in the evening at the restaurant I had dinner alone and to cheer me up, the staff sang happy birthday to me and brought out a piece of cake with a candle. It was very touching and done with such hospitality and soul. Very comfortable and cozy room with a soft bed, clean and beautiful interior. I am very pleased that my birthday was in this hotel. The staff were very helpful - especially Özlem who was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. The New Year’s gift from the hotel was especially charming and a very nice touch to our Istanbul experience.
