Staff are head over heels they will do ANYTHING to make you happy and not just daytime all day long all the way through. The rooms every single edge of the room was spotless as soon as you enter your room it just has a home feeling and were very large. If i had the option to give this hotel a score higher then 10 I would it was just immaculate absolutely loved it!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at the hotel, this is the best service and the most friendly and helpful staff. My birthday coincided with my stay at the hotel and they gave me a compliment from the hotel and gave me a pleasant surprise with fruits and wine. And in the evening at the restaurant I had dinner alone and to cheer me up, the staff sang happy birthday to me and brought out a piece of cake with a candle. It was very touching and done with such hospitality and soul. Very comfortable and cozy room with a soft bed, clean and beautiful interior. I am very pleased that my birthday was in this hotel. The staff were very helpful - especially Özlem who was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. The New Year’s gift from the hotel was especially charming and a very nice touch to our Istanbul experience.
