Water, toilet paper and some small things like coffee daily delivered to the door even if you don't order cleaning. Super convenient location. Air conditioning working fine. It wasn't too cold. No mosquitos somehow in the room when I was staying, that's a huge plus. Maybe saw just one. Price was also very good for what you get, I believe around 1200 baht per night.

No beach super close but the hotel itself made up for that. Would recommend!

Public restrooms at the beach beautiful, clean and in good working order. Bean bags and hats on the beach so much fun!! Great setup! And close to party places, but far enough if I wanted to sleep early without noise. Beautiful beautiful water feature with the koi fish outside the rooms. The whole place felt so calm and peaceful.
