We absolutely loved our stay at this friendly boutique hotel! The staff were always available to help with questions or problems. Really liked the refillable water, enjoyed the pool, the location, and the always available coffee and snacks.

The availability of water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and fruit throughout the day is a real bonus. Staff are friendly and attentive without overstepping. They are helpful and can provide activity suggestions. We used the laundry service which was efficient and would recommend using if required. The location was ideal for the Sunday night market - a very short walk down a small alleyway. The salt water pool was refreshing and relaxing. Check out was 12.00 noon and our flight wasn’t until 6.00pm. Staff offered to keep our bags secure. We were made feel very comfortable sitting in the foyer and encouraged to use the facilities on our return from an outing. Highly recommend POR for your stay in Chiang Mai.

The staff went above and beyond to improve our experience, they gave us an upgrade and even offered us to choose something different for breakfast. They also prepared early breakfast for us because we had an early flight. The room was comfortable, good blackouts, good bed, no noise at all in the room, there is a massage bathtub and a private pool on the room, both were incredible, considering the hot weather. There is free bottled water in the reception, with some other bites/coffee. Breakfast is more on the Thai side with few western options but enough for us, such as eggs, fruits, bread/croissant and etc. The location is perfect, we did everything walking and all the tours picked us up there.

The bed is comfortable and the location is very good, near to everywhere in the old city. The breakfast is worth of money and very delicious there.

One of the best hotel I have ever lived in! Friendly staff and incredible service! Although we didn't book the premium room we still enjoy the stay so much. The location is also great (within 5 min to the Tha Phae gate).

Fairly new hotel with beautiful clean rooms. Balcony with bench seating and view of pool to chill. Breakfast spread was decent and good. Service was excellent. Location in the old town is pretty central and walking distance to most attractions and lots of eating,drinking and massage options just a stroll away.
