Excellent location, courteous, efficient and smiling staff, managed by the charming Pui who always took care of us and treated us well. A very romantic polished bedroom. We will come again!

I highly recommend it to everyone! I think this is one of the best places in Chiang Mai especially Nimman. Rooms, staff, breakfast everything is 10/10!

The hotel is in center of Nimman, very convenient for shopping and dining. Parking is available but limit. Staffs are very nice. Hotel is designed look like home. There are coffee bar, soft drink and snack common area with nice common room nearby the bar, it’s free of charge same as minibar in the room. big clean room, big bed and bathroom. Clean and comfort. Decorations is very good. If we go to Chieng mai in the future, this hotel is our the first choice.

Best location and surrounded by delicious restaurants. The room is spacious and the staffs are really helpful and polite. Next to the building, there is a coin laundry machine. I was worried about raining review. but it was just fine for me no problem at all. Everything in walking distance 7-11/ cafe/ bar/ restaurant ♥️

We had an excellent stay at Zivi. The staff were extremely welcoming and made our stay feel like home. The room was very clean and well maintained. Amenities provided in the room were excellent including coffee machine (in dining area) with many capsules to choose from. The room and bathroom were more spacious than typical in Chiangmai and just perfect for us (we were 3 people with added extra bed). Location is perfect if you want to explore Nimman area which has lots of cafes and restaurants nearby all day round.
