Kata Sun Beach Hotel offers accommodation a short walk from the southern end of Kata Beach. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They certainly made our stay easy and comfortable. The breakfast was very well catered for and again the staff were fabulous.

Very nice and helpful hostess. Any issues I just contacted her for fast assistance. She also made sure everything was good by checking with me.

Kata Noi Place ตั้งอยู่ในหาดกะตะ ห่างจากหาดกะตะน้อย 0 ม. และห่างจากหาดกะตะ 1 กม. We loved that we could cook in the apartment, and there’s a convenient store next door. the staff was exceptional and very friendly. If we ever come back to Phuket, we will definitely stay there.

Ocean views Kata gardens penthouse 6 C มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในหาดกะตะ ห่างจากหาดกะตะน้อย ไม่เกิน 300 ม. และห่างจากหาดกะตะ ไม่เกิน 800 ม. The apartment was very well located between Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. The staff at Luxe Villas (the management company) were always so helpful. Thanks to all the team! 😁

The view was to die for. The balcony area with the peace and tranquility was even better. The layout of the house was fab and very spacious.

Great location with amazing sunsets at the rooftop pool, fun spot for happy hour! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk to the nearby beaches. The clothes washer came in handy. We appreciated the management company meeting us even though we came in on a late flight.

Beautiful location. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely food but lots of restaurants within walking distance if you fancy a change. The ocean wing is more secluded and definitely worth it if you want peace and quiet, but be aware you have a short walk to get to breakfast and the beach which involves an uphill climb and steps. If you have mobility issues the main part of the residence might suit you better.

Very nice facilities. All kinds of buffet. Can do facial, spa, and nails inside the property. Close to the beach. Pool is cleaned everyday.
