Hotel Bahía del sol is an All Inclusive facility that features 2 outdoor pool, a buffet restaurant and a second restaurant offering à la carte services and Wi-Fi access in public spaces for free. We feel our money and time was not worth it there. We did not feel welcomed or comfortable. It did not feel like a vacation. I was actually looking forward to leave, and we did leave way before our check out time. There was no information whatsoever about food/facilities or anything. Staff looked stressed and were rude once we looked stressed about what was going on. We were given one apartment/house for all family in the reservation and we got a room in one house and another room in another house. There was no water on the one room or washrooms at the pool. We were offered food and then we got several complaints from staff about asking what were were promised. Also, we were given a ferry complimentary, and did not get it at the end. Plus, whenever we wanted ti get drinks or snacks, staff stopped us from doing it or we were given some sort of excuse, we had to explain all over our package, but all managers told us that they were coming back with an answer and they never did. Most of them, seemed a bit concerned once we said we were just visiting, but nothing was resolved. Once manager got us to try and buy residencies with them, and we were like how do you think we can do that when we have received no good service at all. It would be very beautiful and well done if organized and well trained. Finally, we got there early due to flight been early. We were told by one of the general managers that we needed to pay as check in was later in they day which is understandable, but we were not asking for a room yet, just to access facilities even if we needed to spend, but they gave us a $20 min charge per person. So after spending actually a great amount of money, we decided to leave to another place (expensive place) which we did no stigmata money just to be well received. But they wanted to give us a charge without thinking we wanted to just start our vacation. At the Pampa we were very good attended. Excellent actually.
