The kitchenette is well equipped, with a large regular fridge, microwave, kettle, oven etc. This is a new apartment building with a lift; the flat is on the 1st floor. It was very quiet, no noises, we even have the impression that not all flats in the building are occupied. You are supposed to park outside the property, but there are a few parking spots there (very close) and indeed we always found a place. The building is located at a small street quite close to a big street with a tramway line. We did not use the tram though so I cannot say anything more about it.

There is a big Lidl and Billa shop next to the building, so it's easy to do shopping. The apartment is equipped with a nice kitchen, TV and a big bed. The location is very quiet.
