It was very quiet, no noises, we even have the impression that not all flats in the building are occupied. You are supposed to park outside the property, but there are a few parking spots there (very close) and indeed we always found a place. The building is located at a small street quite close to a big street with a tramway line. We did not use the tram though so I cannot say anything more about it.
