Front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. Will be staying there next week when I come back to Singapore.

Excellent location, 5mins from train station. Super helpful/friendly staff. Best beds we have ever slept in, gorgeous bed linen. Able to check in early as room available and late check out wonderful! Have pool with shower facilities so able to sit by pool after checkout and shower before heading to airport. Highly recommend.

Situated in the historical district of Tanjong Pagar, Carlton City Hotel Singapore is a short drive from colourful Chinatown and Raffles Place. The hotel boasts an outdoor swimming pool and a sundeck.... Room is very beautiful, breakfast buffet was delicious, closed and very convenient to everything. Concierge is very helpful and even the waiter at the buffet. And i didn't expect that they would supply us with a real cot not a portacot for my bub. My bub is very comfy on her sleep during our stay

The staff are particularly helpful. It is wonderful that they try really hard to assist in whatever capacity that they can. We are returning to Kinn and are are looking forward to it.
