The staff was very attentive and polite, and there are 5 restaurants available inside the hotel (the desserts at Colony Bakery were very good). During my stay I never encountered any misunderstandings. The panoramic view of MBS was unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The customer service provided by Housekeeping, the luggage staff, and the Reception staff was A++.
