Front office lady is super nice and helpful, we arrived at hotel around 8:00 AM from 13 hours flight with no sleep at all, checking in usually at 1 PM, she offer us room at minimal charges, of course we grab it, tks.

Village Hotel Katong by Far East Hospitality menawarkan kolam renang outdoor, restoran, dan resepsionis 24 jam. WiFi gratis tersedia di kamar dan seluruh area hotel. Only 1 night but I enjoyed it thoroughly. The friendly staff Mrs Queenie allowed very early check in -badly needed after a long flight. I was upgraded too, the room was huge for Singapore standards. Clean quiet room, comfortable bed and pillows, just perfect. The side of the entrance is unremarkable, but at the back side there is a street with many nice eateries, a small mall with mini market and various shops. Had no time to enjoy the outdoor pool or the gym.
