I gave a 10 for the amazingly super professional and courteous staff, and the hospitality room we were given before flying out of Singapore at one in the morning. We were able to take a shower and relax for a little bit. The hotel is aging but it is impeccably kept and the rooms are huge. Our curtain was stuck, it was fixed in one minute!!! Worth every penny!

Honeymoon trip in fantastic location. Staff were amazing, particular thanks to Aini and Kripa for the thoughtful gift they left for us. Hotel had great amenities.
