There’s not one thing I wish we had that wasn’t provided or thought about by the staff. I wish I got the name of the two women who were working on the reception in the evenings but they were SO accommodating for us. They recommended a better mall for us to visit rather than the one near to the hotel and it was amazing. They were so warm and welcoming every time we came or left the hotel. Balram cleaned our room very nice each time, leaving little towel animals which we loved! Pavendra was great on the bags too. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to city centre mall. We were in the suite on the 44th floor and it’s literally palatial with its own private pool. The suite was the entire floor. The views from here were breathtaking! Staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Our kids did not want to leave this place. The suite was so big you could get lost in it. The Breakfast selection was small but adequate and tasty.
