The staff were incredible, breakfast was super delicious and the dining area beautiful. The check-in and check-out were easy and fast to do, the area was fantastic and very secure and our rooms were beautiful, well-equipped and comfortable. We appreciated the small things, like the free chocolate upon entrance, the Nespresso machine for coffee, the slippers and umbrella free of use and the overall neat condition of the room. The rooms were also sound-proof. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Property was very well located close to many bars and restaurants. When we arrived, we were greeted by complimentary chocolates and a bottle of wine. Our room was shaded even on a sunny day so it was a good place to hide from the hottest hours in the summer. The rooms are well equipped with a kitchenette and a small dining table. Very luxuriously furnished and overall a very cosy base to call “home” during our trip.

BessaHotel Baixa is centrally located in Porto, right in the heart of the undefeated city, just a few minutes from City Market Bolhão. Wonderful hotel - we loved all the decor and the overall feel of the hotel. we booked 2 adults and 2 kids and ended up with two connecting rooms. Beds were amazingly comfy, rooms perfect sized. We esp loved the breakfast Buffett and our kids loved the pool (we lucked out and we were there by ourselves mostly ) nice sauna too. Book this hotel - you will not regret it
