Breakfast and attention to special dietary needs is wonderful. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Through no fault of the property owner - currency exchange was the only reason for the lower rating relative to cost of the room.

The Duoro is a short walk away but the area around the hotel is fairly quiet. Given its location, the Exmo also had the advantage of being a downhill walk at the end of most days or nights, which is a bonus in Porto.
