It was clean, new, comfortable and gives you the vibe of special. Also the staff was perfect. They’ve helped me on everything and they were all good in english, kind and professional. Absolutely a fantastic experience.

Hotel Cristal Porto is a new 4-star hotel in a central location in Porto. Set right next to Lapa Church, the hotel is 900 metres from Aliados Avenue. Stuff was really kind and helpful. Had a tiny complain for bathroom cleaning and they made it up perfectly after, personal apology, gift and super kind behavior, highly appreciated and exceptional customer service. Perfect hotel😍

Metro stop & grocery close by. We loved sitting on the balcony & gazing at the church. The host was extremely helpful whenever we needed help, which was minimal. The apartment size was perfect for the two of us, we never lacked anything. We would go back here in a minute. Wonderful stay!!

Everything you need is there and it is very cozy and close to everything. I highly recommend it

Objekat Porto Siza Apartment nudi besplatan WiFi i vrt, a udaljen je 17 min. hoda od znamenitosti Music House i 1,2 km od znamenitosti Kružni tok Boavista. The room and whole apartment were very clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a sufficient amount of pillows and blankets and the WiFi was very fast. Most importantly the hosts are very kind, I talked with Pedro for a while and he knows a lot of things. He even supplied me a heater for the room when I mentioned that it is a bit cooler than what I got used to in winter, as standard heatings seem not to be common in Portugal. He also explained me about the apartment building which was designed by a famous architect. One advice for checking in, it is better to contact them as otherwise the apartment is hard to find
