Location is superb, the room was big and very comfortable. ( the hotel upgraded our booking, we received a room for 6 people, though there were only two of us.) Very comfortable beds. Complimentary wine in the room.

Location is fantastic with loads of eateries around, as well as walking distance to a lot of sights. Staff were all friendly, cheerful, and helpful, both the day and night teams. The taxi service they used also turned out to be the cheapest and the best amongst the various ones we used going to and from the airport. Roon we had looked onto the square so it was great. We could hear the trams and the buskers but that did not bother us. Afterall we wanted to be in the activity area.
