Room was definetely comfortable, clean and cozy. Location for the hotel was really central and even when i had issues with taxi for my return travel, the staff promptle helped me to solve it.

Excellent Hotel, the location was perfect! Staff and facilities were of high standard, very polite and professional. I will definitely be back stay in this fantastic hotel. Set in Łódź, a 4-minute walk from National Film School, Ambasador Premium is a 4-star hotel boasting views of the city. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The pool was big and not too warm. The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff were super friendly and accommodating allowing my son to store his bike in the luggage room and for us to leave our car on checkout day until we could have lunch in the old town. So kind. Would 100% recommend to friends.
