Located in the southern part of Kraków, near the European route E77 and A4 motorway, Aparthotel Kontrast offers rooms a free Wi-Fi. Kraków's Balice Airport is only a 15-minute car ride away. The hotel is situated far away from everywhere. This is NOT 4* hotel or Aparthotel. Reception is not available 24/7, there are no amenities in the room. No mini-bar, or restaurant in the hotel. On request we were provided with a 0.5l bottle of water. During the 2nd night it was a party organized in the hotel, so it was all very noisy. The reception guy (that was drunk, and participated in the party) challenged my wife, why she is coming back after 23:00 and disturbing him. Poor value for money considering the location and services.

Aparthotel Lumen is set in the Swoszowice district of Kraków, 10 km from Schindler Factory Museum, 10 km from National Museum of Krakow and 10 km from Town Hall Tower. Easy check in, good breakfast, super friendly staff and a very dog friendly place. In Lumen we had everything we needed traveling with 2 dogs (NO EXTRA CHARGES FOR PETS). Highly recommend.
