Friendly and helpful stuff. Wide and tasty breakfasts. We had opportunity to have food outside in park among huge green trees and birds chirping. Everyday supplying mineral water and changing shampoos and body gel and creams. As I understood, hotel belongs to Farmona spa cosmetics company and you can try their production ,which I found amazing and now going to buy it as regular for my use. You can use spa , just better to order in advance. Next time traveling to Krakow I would choose this hotel for sure Amazing !

Hotelul City SM Business & Spa este situat la doar 4 km de centrul oraşului Cracovia. Proprietatea are piscină interioară și centru de wellness. A fost liniște și curățenie în camera .Hotelul are lift și parcare ,ceea ce este foarte bine . Personalul hotelului este foarte prietenos și chiar dacă nu am vorbit în poloneza, ne-am înțeles în limba engleza.

Located on Zawiła Street in Cracow, this hotel rests by a large area of parkland, minutes from the famous Zakopiańska Street. The lady at the reception was super extra nice and very very helpful!!!The breakfast was great!!!I highly recommend this hotel!!!I my family and I will be in Krakow again we will definetely chose this hotel again!!!Thank you for everything!
