Cozy, clean hotel with beautiful park around. It has free parking. Location is very good to travel to Waliczka salt mines and center of Krakow city. All was very good here. Friendly and helpful stuff. Wide and tasty breakfasts. We had opportunity to have food outside in park among huge green trees and birds chirping. Everyday supplying mineral water and changing shampoos and body gel and creams. As I understood, hotel belongs to Farmona spa cosmetics company and you can try their production ,which I found amazing and now going to buy it as regular for my use. You can use spa , just better to order in advance. Next time traveling to Krakow I would choose this hotel for sure Amazing !

Heaps of free parking on premises, great big comfy rooms. Happy, helpful English speaking staff. Yummy breakfast included in price. Fully recommended.

El Dom Duszpasterski Sanktuarium Bożego Miłosierdzia está situado en el santuario de la Divina Misericordia, en el distrito de Lagiewniki de Cracovia. El hermoso casco antiguo está a unos 4 km. Clean, comfortable, very friendly and polite staff. No TV set in the room, to me it’s a plus. Breakfast was tasty, everyone will find something for themselves. Tram stop and train station are nearby, the city center is a short tram ride away. Lots of bicycle paths in the vicinity.

Contamos con habitaciones para 2, 3 y 4 personas, todas con su propio baño.... The lady at the reception was super extra nice and very very helpful!!!The breakfast was great!!!I highly recommend this hotel!!!I my family and I will be in Krakow again we will definetely chose this hotel again!!!Thank you for everything!
