The rooms are very clean, staff are attentive, friendly and helpful, they can also help you book the tours around Krakow with the hotel pick up and drop off. Breakfast was good as well.

There is a common room with tea and coffee aminities available 24/7 The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! There is a parking lot behind the hotel free of charge, which was great.

Located a 15-minute drive from Kraków-Balice airport and a 30 minute walk to the Old Town, the 4-star Novotel Kraków City West offers its guests spacious, air-conditioned rooms with free internet. Room was spacious. Options for vegetarian were plenty. Food was great.

I recommand this accomodation, will visit again whenever I have the chance.

I enjoyed my stay there and if I am in Krakow again, I will definately visit the same apartment!
