Good location, 15 minutes to the center by tram. Very good breakfast, clean, individual heating in the room (you can turn on the batteries). The staff is very friendly. Will I return to this hotel? The whole building looked new, clean and very nice. Our room was pretty spacious and had everything that was described on Booking. It was also very clean and smelled nice. It also has a shared kitchen and dining place, however we didn’t use it.The snow in the private parking was shoveled away and there was enough space for 2 bigger cars or 3-4 smaller cars. The neighborhood looked to be nice and it was also quiet. There is a tram stop about 8 minutes from the property that goes to the main square. Communication with the owner was good, they were very helpful and they understood English well enough.
