Their staff had also printed instructions in multiple languages so even if you are not strong in Polish you could read all the necessary information on the flyer they hand to you while check-in.

Hotel Bella is conveniently located in the town centre of Jelenia Góra Cieplice, famous for its thermal hot springs at the region’s oldest Silesian spa. It felt like home. Extremely nice people, tasty food and comfortable beds. Amazing location.

It is a very new and a very clean place with everything you need for a comfortable staying. Very clean bedclothes and towels, a very clean floor, a clean bathroom and a shower. There is also a dishwasher in the room so you even do not have to wash the dishes yourself! An amazing view from the window. A very kind owners. They answer all your questions and help you as much as you need.

It’s located very close to Termy Cieplickie. The owner is a such a nice and very friendly person, I had a chance to meet her in person :) I’d definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay in a nice and quiet area close to Jelenia Gora.

Manager communication, apartment location and everything else. There was also a parking lot. The apartment and all the equipment in it, was of excellent quality. Everything you might need, even coffee/tea :D So thank you again for your hospitality and a wonderful 4 days of vacation :)
