Their staff had also printed instructions in multiple languages so even if you are not strong in Polish you could read all the necessary information on the flyer they hand to you while check-in.

Hotel Bella is conveniently located in the town centre of Jelenia Góra Cieplice, famous for its thermal hot springs at the region’s oldest Silesian spa. Everything was great. The location is really good, the room was great and the staff was exceptional.

Well situated in the Cieplice district of Jelenia Góra, Kolorowe Cieplice - Apartamenty z widokiem na Karkonosze is set 15 km from Wang Church, 17 km from Western City and 17 km from Dinopark. Everything! It is a very new and a very clean place with everything you need for a comfortable staying. Very clean bedclothes and towels, a very clean floor, a clean bathroom and a shower. There is also a dishwasher in the room so you even do not have to wash the dishes yourself! An amazing view from the window. A very kind owners. They answer all your questions and help you as much as you need.

Very cosy apartment, I liked how the space is arranged. It’s located very close to Termy Cieplickie. The owner is a such a nice and very friendly person, I had a chance to meet her in person :) I’d definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay in a nice and quiet area close to Jelenia Gora.

Situated in Jelenia Góra, the recently renovated Apartament Zielone Wzgórze 2 provides accommodation 15 km from Wang Church and 17 km from Dinopark. Really nice apartment, very new, perfectly clean, lots of accessories one might need. Quiet area. The host was very helpful and pleasant too.

Everything was perfect. Manager communication, apartment location and everything else. There was also a parking lot. The apartment and all the equipment in it, was of excellent quality. Everything you might need, even coffee/tea :D So thank you again for your hospitality and a wonderful 4 days of vacation :)
