Wonderful place to stay in Manila. Extremly helpfull staff with options to check out a little later(1pm) and use of the Spa facilities, while my plane home was in the evening.....so I could spend some time in the gym, in the pool, in the pool cafe, which offers good coffee and nice salats. Best place to be, before going back to Europe. Very safe, lots of checks outside, but always extremly friendly. Breakfast was rich and has a wide selection of all what you need. Will be back some day!

It was easy to order food through Grab. If we wanted to buy it yourself, Family Mart and Wendys were not that far and we just walked. The host was also very responsive, easy to communicate with, kind, and friendly. The check-in was also easy and the Bloom Residences staff downstairs were friendly. Our daughter loved the bunk bed. Thank you very much! We had a very wonderful time.
