The location is in the heart of Casco Viejo. The room we had 101 I think in the Spanish building, was small but the bathroom was very comfortable. We had a room facing towards the gardens, which was lovely w an outdoor terrace shared by 3 rooms. From there we watched a bride taking pictures in the garden. The rooms facing the Avenue are louder with traffic and people walking by.

Very charming boutique hotel, top clean and very well equipped, full of little add-ons such has : connectable loudspeaker in the room, coffee machine with free coffee and tea, both 110v and 220v plugs, slippers and bathrobes + super quality shower gel, shampoo etc. Moreover, we received a very warm welcome with lots of advices of where to eat etc. in our mother tongue (French) which is exceptional in Panama ! Our room was even available immediately at 9am, which was really convenient.

Offering an outdoor pool and spa center, Central Hotel Panama is set in the historic center of Panama City, 656 feet from Presidential Palace. The hotel is so beautiful and spacious. We love the design and the architecture so much and it somewhat makes us feel went back to the old days. The location is just at center. The staff at reception is very very nice. He told us so much about the history and stories of the hotel, and also gave us some suggestions for what to see in Cisco Viejo. The lobby bar pianist is wonderful and plaid the music so beautiful. We like everything in the hotel.

Magnolia Inn is in a refurbished French-style colonial manor in Panama City’s Old Town. It has terraces, a shared dining room and a common kitchen. Staff was very friendly and l really enjoyed staying there. Very close to tourist attractions.

Tantalo Hotel - Kitchen - Roofbar, is set in Panama City’s historic San Felipe Casco Viejo district, 2 minutes’ walk from Cathedral Square. Due to protests in Panamá, I was retained in San Blas for two more days than expected so, unfortunately I was not able to check in at the hotel. The hotel, however, refunded me for the night due to unexpected circumstances, which was very nice, since my reservation was non refundable. Hope to come again to Panamá city and stay in this hotel in a near future!
