Quality stay, modern and new furniture, good&clean room. We had all we need, kitchen, bathroom, laundry machine, parking. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

Located in Mt Eden, The Grange is a unique 1880's villa featuring free WiFi and secure parking. Mt Eden Village is a 10 minute walk away and features trendy restaurants, cafes and bars. What we got valuable extra was the nice chatting with the owners. My very first experience with the locals. They also provided us with useful information about Auckland and NZ. The villa is unique, like staying in a fairy tale for a bit.

We used this gorgeous villa as wedding accommodation for myself and bridesmaids. It had such an old worldly yet modern vibe to it and was the perfect location to get ready and have our pre-wedding photos taken here. Absolutely gorgeously manicured backyard which I wish we could’ve had photos in but couldn’t due to the awful weather. Property was super warm and beds were comfortable. If I could do it all again, I would!

Bavaria Boutique Hotel is located close to Mount Eden, only 7-minutes from Auckland CBD. Extremely well kept, clean and uniquely decorated. The staff were caring and attentive to the property and the guests.
