We loved the fact it was at the end of the jetty, in a very quiet marina. the boat was very well kitted out spotlessly clean and wonderfully light with huge windows.

Located within the Heugum district in Maastricht, Houseboat Martinique has air conditioning, a balcony, and lake views. Location is excellent (near Maastricht), the facilities inside the house boat are superb (fully equiped kitchen, airco, digital TV, bathroom). The house boat is wel maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable. Surprisingly there were 2 bottles of Japanese and Chinese soy souce (ketchup) available in the kitchen's cupboard that have made our own prepared Asian dinner just more delicious. We asked for an early check in, and the owner fulfilled the request. We asked for a 30 minutes delayed check out, and the owner did not have any problem at all. The small boat we rent has made our stay more adventurous and enjoyable.
