The hotel is beautiful 😍 The staff are so attentive, kind and friendly! The var has lovely food, would recommend the mushroom linguine and the cafe on the 6th floor has fab breakfast for those that might fancy a later snack before hitting the pool!! The pool on the 99th floor is ridiculously fabulous with amazing views and a great place to chill, have a drink and a dunk! Oh and the beds.....sweet mog they were ssssssoooo comfortable. Our room had everything you would need!!! And the hotel is only a hop skip and a jump away from the bustling Kuala center and Petronas towers! Highly recommend!

Fantastisch. We kregen bovendien ook een zeer leuke attentie omdat het onze huwelijksreis was.

Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. Fantastic location. Staff were fabulous. Pool was lovely. You can see towers from pool. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. Could not recommend this hotel more.

Everything was good from the bed, goid lighting, room service quite fast, staffs are helpful, kind and always smiling. Breakfast was good too only the place was a bit small and quite crowded. Registration during check in/check out was fast too. Definitely, will come back again

Very good location, close to everything in KLCC, both within walking distance if preferred, or by taxi. Spacious and clean apartments, with all amenities. Golf buggy service to and from the main road worked perfectly and it was much appreciated.

Nestled in the heart of metropolitan Kuala Lumpur city center, Element Kuala Lumpur is located within the iconic Green Building Index-certified Ilham Tower, standing at 274m high. The front desk check-in was very smooth. I arrived before the official check-in time and was able to get a room after a short wait. Exceptional and warm service, especially by the petite Chinese-speaking woman.
