The hotel has great location, the twin room actually has three separate rooms, two balconies with awesome views on UB and breakfast in the room. The staff was very helpful and we could check in before the official time. We also appreciated that we could fill out water bottles with filtered water in the staff room - however, we do recommend to make such a water tank available for everybody's use since the water in the tap is not good to drink.

When we checked in, there were a few problems, but the staff was quick to solve all the problems. We would definitely stay there on our next trip. It is a beautiful building, especially the restaurant. The bed was very comfortable.

The staff is nice and very helpful , they helped me organise a trip to Terelj national park at a good price. Would definitely come here if I ever come back to Mongolia! And the location is great. The place was spacious, clean and neat. Kitchen was well equipped. Wifi was very fast, I loved it. It’s located next to a department store, center of the city, the location was perfect! The landlord was very kind and helpful. When i arrived around 4am, she came to the place and made sure that I was safe. She was always caring about me and checking everything was okay.
