Check in and check out were swift and efficient. The room (401) was clean, well equipped, and the bed was compfortable. Special requests such as airport transfers and breakfast upon arrival were arranged without flaws. Breakfast items from a menu to choose from met my taste. I highly recommend this hotel with its friendly and competent staff.

Bishrelt hotel is one of the best located luxury hotels in the heart of Ulaanbaatar city. Guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Bishrelt. When we checked in, there were a few problems, but the staff was quick to solve all the problems. We would definitely stay there on our next trip. It is a beautiful building, especially the restaurant. The bed was very comfortable.
