The location is perfect - just across the beautiful Kandawgyi Royal Lake. The hotel is connected to a shopping center, cafes and restaurants. All the staff from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the housekeeping to the hotel manager demonstrated top-notch customer service. I booked a deluxe and got a suite like room at an executive level. My room is very spacious with a separate living room, a dressing room, a working space, and a huge bathroom overlooking the lake. I wish I had stayed longer here. The best hotel in Yangon!

Within a 10-minute walk from the United Nations Information Centre Yangon, Chatrium Hotel Royal Lake offers luxurious accommodation set along Kandawgyi Lake. Everything about this hotel, from the hotel itself to staff hospitalities. Very quick reply. As I requested a room with 3 person (we are group of friends) I only expected an extra bed ready when we check in. Surprisingly, hotel managed to put 3 real beds in the room. Incredible!
